It's great. The apartments are new and well-kept, and maintenance responds quickly when there is a problem. The pool and gym areas are both nice, and the complex is pretty.

I would inform them of the near countless options they have at Autumn woods in terms of layout, bedrooms, and different options that make it feel like home. I have never had any issues with having my requests answered in a timely manner and the focus has always been on making me feel like this is my home.

It's a really nice place to live at a reasonable price.

I have recommended Autumn Woods to many of the incoming students in my program. I think it's an excellent place to live. The staff is great and the amenities are great as well. The complex is always well kept and the rent is affordable.

I would tell them that it is like home. Beautiful layouts, quiet but friendly neighbors, allowed to have pets, and a great mix of students, young professionals, and families. It really does make it feel like a home. Also I think it would be important for people to know that management has responded quickly to have issue (pressing or not) and they do not bug you about small things as I have experienced in other complexes.

Great area. Friendly staff. They make sure to take care of their residents and their needs.

I feel safe at all times, welcome by the management, maintenance goes out of their way to fix things ASAP, and rent is reasonable considering all these factors.

I moved from NY. The staff was amazing, helping every step of the way. I had my keys ready to go the day I arrived, I just couldn't have asked for me. Autumn Woods is GREAT!
